24 Hour Maintenance
We offer all of our tenants an out of hour’s reactive maintenance phone line. Our contractors are on call 24/7 to attend and make safe, or attend and provide a permanent fix to genuine emergency issues reported. At NGU Homelettings we are set to handle those late night or early sunday morning SOS messages from tenants who have a burst pipe, blocked toilet or no hot water or heating. Our service is under pinned by our professional lettings staff, who can identify a real emergency, can talk through the options with landlords and tenants until one of our trade’s people are on route to alleviate the issue.
For all of the properties that we manage, we have a pre-agreed maintenance spend so you know what to expect if we have to organise any work out of hours for you.
