We can find properties for investors to purchase, refurbish then sell into the open market at a profit.

We always look for properties which look “cheap” in comparison to others around them. This could be because the property is mis-priced, requires refurbishment work or simply needs a little updating. The easiest way to make money in property is the price you purchase it at NOT the price you sell it at.

We will identify a property for you to purchase, negotiate the price with the seller, perform any refurbishment work then sell the property for you, if required.

Our time is predominately taken up running and expanding these businesses.
