Our Five Step Process
Contact ourselves, we’ll need as much information as possible the property address, tenant details and the issues you’re having so we can help to resolve them.
We’ll then send you our management agreement, detailing the services we provide. Once you return it signed, we can start the move-over process.
You’ll need to contact your current agent, giving notice if required, and authority for us to speak to them.
We’ll then contact your former agent, to get all the information we require – tenancy agreement, rental accounts, where any bond is held etc. so that we can begin transferring the property.
Once we’re ready to take over, we will arrange to meet your current tenant to explain everything to them and provide them with a Welcome Pack which will include setting up direct debits to ourselves. Part of this transfer may include a new tenancy agreement for the tenant to sign. This is to protect all parties as all of our tenancy agreements are updated regularly for changes in legislation. We will also deal with any necessary deposit transfer/registration.
