I started working for NGU Homelettings back in August 2014 but have always worked in the lettings industry since I left school at 16. I started out as a lettings assistant and now manage the department so I am very happy!
I love matching people to property and enjoy the fact that every day is so different! I really enjoy working under pressure and to targets which drives my team and I believe this creates a great work ethic. I like building relationships with tenants and landlords because this just makes working at NGU more enjoyable. I have a level 2 and 3 in business management and I work very hard always putting 100% into everything I do as well as learning new things all the time.
I also manage the Sales & Investments Department. It’s really an amazing feeling finding a first time buyer their dream home or assisting a client with investing in property that will increase their personal income. I work with an amazing group of people and we’re all passionate about what we do.

I started my lettings career journey in March 2019 after I received my Level 3 college Diploma. Joining NGU has been the best decision I have ever made and I have not looked back since. Every day is different and I learn something new each day. The team at NGU is an added bonus, I could not have asked for a better team!
My role consists of providing a great front of house service, arranging viewings, taking general enquiries over the phone and via emails as well as updating tenants and landlords with applications.
Teamwork is a huge part of my role, without this, I would not have been able to provide a great service to both landlords and tenants.
I am progressing my career in lettings as an apprentice and I am learning new skills everyday that can help me to excel in the future. My colleagues are a huge part of my apprenticeship; they are teaching me new skills that can make my work better.

I began my lettings career with NGU in October 2017. I have never looked back since.
My job role within the company is to speak to both tenants and landlords. This includes; providing a front of house service, arranging viewings, taking enquiries, arranging home visits, move-ins and providing updates and feedback to both landlords and tenants. I also have to liaise with my other colleagues in different departments to make sure we provide an excellent service.
I share the responsibility of our in house vetting service with Katie. From this, I believe I contribute to gaining a good, trusting relationship with both our tenants and landlords.

As a landlord it’s becoming increasingly difficult to make money in property. So for the next year our aim is to save landlords money!
