We have over 10 years’ experience in developing rental properties and with each development you are continually faced with choices – new carpet or just a deep clean to get another tenancy out of it, new décor or touch up etc.  By being a specialised lettings refurbishment company we know precisely what level of work is required to let a property.  Our knowledge isn’t based on the 100’s but the 1000’s of developments we have performed.

Before we begin each development we perform an 800+ point development check-list to ensure we know the full scope of any work required.  This ensures any remedial work is performed and once a tenant moves-in they’re not asking for lots of work which could have been missed – doors & windows not shutting, leaks under the sink, broken drawers, cracked toilet seats, lights not working etc. – things which are not always obvious.  This ensures the property is in the correct condition for a new tenant.  A general builder would not go into this detail.
