Loyalty Card

 

 

 

We are pleased to announce that we launching our new Loyalty Customer Card scheme in September. We are approaching local businesses in the North East to negotiate a 10% discount on products and services that we can pass on to our tenants and landlords.

 

 

 

This loyalty card will be a real cost saving for North East tenants and landlords we work alongside. We will be creating a tab on our website so you can see the list of companies involved in this scheme so you can take advantage of it.

 

 

60 Minute Refurbishment Make Over

 

 

 

October sees the launch of another initiative by NGU to give something back to our tenants. We will be transforming a tenant’s property (with permission from the landlord) for FREE with a 60 minute refurbishment make over. We have over 15 tradesman lined up to do the work for FREE. We are asking our tenants to write in why they deserve to get the FREE 60 minute refurbishment make over.

 

 

Why all this is important?
